Information Technology and Computing
Information technology and computing teaches students to understand, build and use the fundamental principles in ITC systems.
Macquarie University is uniquely located at the northern end of Sydney's 'silicon valley'. Our close relationships with the companies in our neighbourhood provide work experience and career opportunities for students.
Computing can lead to a career as a programmer, systems engineer, systems analyst, project leader or in IT sales, marketing or as a management consultant.
