Medical Sciences
Medical Science is specialist science degree. Medical Science covers broad general areas in biochemistry, physiology, microbiology, genetics, medical chemistry and psychology.
Students can have a career in medical, biomedical and related health professions. It is also for students who wish to undertake graduate degrees in medicine.
Students undertaking this area of study specialise in their second year to take strands in either biomedical, medical chemistry or psychomedical sciences.
